Much Engineering Goes Behind The Corvette 0-60 Times

By Rhea Frazier

There is a car, one which is just as American as baseball, apple pie and NASA. When it is time to give a new car to the original astronauts, it's the key to this classic that are handed over. Now this iconic American brand is attempting to rocket into the future with the top of the line 330 kilometer per hour super speed, it is the new C7 and for this Corvette 0-60 is not the sole purpose of existence, it has far more performance than that, you see.

The range was first introduced in 1953. This is the seventh generation and that is why it is called C7. When this car came out it was instantly a hit with a lot of Corvette faithful and a buyers who never were really all that impressed with the car's styling and interior size. However, all that has passed with the introduction of the new model and many people consider this a mind blowing experience because it basically has the look of a Ferrari, and maybe it can even be mistaken as something Marnello may produce.

On the presentation day the CEO asked every person in the room, every journalist and everyone present there how exactly do they think how a hundred thousand dollar car would have to be like. Then came the answer and it really was astonishing. Right there stood something immeasurable and incomprehensible, something unique.

The whole assembly process is taking place in a single factory, which is also located in the homeland. The whole process is unique and that is why it is done by unique machines and robots. It takes over one thousand of them.

No one could know anything about the ZR1 project until it was officially announced. It was so secret that not so many of the GM staff even knew about this project. In order for the secret to be kept even further, a code name was accepted - the Blue devil.

The new presence of the range is just something that none of its predecessors can dream of reaching. One of the biggest improvements of the C7 happens to be its interior and this is something known to be a problem for a very long time, because critics and car magazines have had bad opinions about the Chevy's interior design. It gives them the expression that no matter what the company does on performance level is enough to compensate for the lack of imagination and creativity when it comes down the interior parts.

The goal is simple to describe, but hard to accomplish - build the fastest, best handling vehicle the company has ever made. The ZR1 is a full-blown 330 kilometers an hour rocket ship, which is known for one thing that when it comes down to speed, this car is on the top of the chain. There is no other American car that can go nearly that fast.

The vehicle just reminds one of a supercar because the car is so low to the ground. This is typical for many sports cars, which of course changes the driver's view. The car is just incredible, it has the looks, style, performance and everything else and for the price, it is found on the market, this is simply a win-win situation for both, the company and the customer.
