The quality of the control manager must check the guide thread between the valves and around the seats.



The next thing is identifying the part that needs replacement. All rebuilders should verify the number and the needed quantity. You can use the part to replace the one that is worn out with the aid of the supplier. You should replace each worn seat including the valves and guides.



It is required to fill out those requisition forms for all parts department. This is to aid and guide the management inventory system and direct the rebuild management to make a good decision. This is also about the parts that need to be used to produce or manufacture all heads.
